As we grow our sales team, we're seeking a Senior Sales Executive to contribute to our high-performance environment and play a pivotal role in helping us accelerate further following five years of rapid growth.

Role Highlights:

As a Senior Account Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our sales organization's culture and success. You will a pivotal role in finding and developing new client relationships, leveraging a proactive and intelligent approach to understand their unique needs, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to their success. In a role where trustworthiness and engagement reign, you'll drive client satisfaction and deliver unparalleled value.

With sales primarily in the UK, US and mainland Europe, you will have exposure to large, complex clients and international markets. Your proactive approach and ambition will be key as you engage with key stakeholders, nurture valuable relationships, and close deals. While we maintain high standards for work and activity, we also provide an environment where learning and development are encouraged, supported and will play a crucial role in your success. As we grow our sales team, we're seeking a Senior Sales Executive who engages with clients with a trustworthy and intelligent manner. You will play a key role in an innovative organisation with excellent growth rates and even more potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets, maintaining a high standard of activity and performance.

- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers within the Financial Service and Corporate sectors, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships.

- Lead consultative sales processes, highlighting the value of our solutions through insightful needs assessments and compelling presentations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to stay updated on industry trends, align sales strategies, and contribute to product refinement.

- Nurture a strong pipeline through proactive networking, lead generation, and market analysis.

- Negotiate contracts to create mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, staying adaptable in our evolving sales environment.

Requirements:

- University-educated with a track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sectors.

- Alternatively, experience in risk management within a large enterprise environment would be advantageous.

- Proven ability to consistently meet high standards for work and performance.

- Ambitious and proactive mindset, coupled with a passion for achieving results.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are not necessary but advantageous.

- Interest in engaging in a collaborative and inclusive culture
