A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Sales Executive, seeking the challenge of a new role within an industry-leading, rapidly growing digitally driven business, with OTE potential of £75,000 p.a.
Who We Need
As a result of this growth, we’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our young, vibrant team. You will be responsible for generating client leads and sales, responding to client enquiries, and closing business opportunities within the events industry. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to help build the Giggabox brand and implement strategies that results in customer enquiries leading to increased sales.
You will always be looking for sales and marketing opportunities to find and reach our target market (B2B). You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales leads and deliver new business revenues for the business
- Be the first contact for inbound enquiries from new clients
- Using a consultative approach to taking briefs, understanding client requirements providing proposals and quotations
- Closing sales opportunities
- Developing new relationships in key industry sectors
- Attending events and networking meetings to actively promote our services
- Once business is won, providing clear handovers to our Client Management and Production teams
- Help to develop our current range of sales collateral
- Work with the current content marketing team to develop and implement strategies and programmes that result in a steady flow of enquiries for our products/services
- Contribute to the marketing team to help create focused customer propositions for our Virtual, Hybrid, Live and Sporting Event solutions
Essential Things We Need You to Have
- Minimum 2 years+ experience in a B2B Event Sales role
- Self-starter and proactive
- Demonstrable understanding of the sales process
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with first class written English
- A friendly approach
- Ability to use own initiative able to problem solve and offer solutions
- Strong client development and management record
- Organised, goal orientated, proactive and competent at hitting deadlines
Not Essential but we’d like you to have:
- Ambition to help grow the business
- A desire for personal growth
- Strong interest in the media and/or digital technologies
- Knowledge of Event, Live Streaming and/or TV Broadcast terminology
The successful candidate will benefit from a commission/bonus structure that is expected to result in OTE of £75,000 per annum.
