BACKGROUND:

The story of the brand dates back 2,000 years to the first time the curative properties of the healing waters of Hungary were observed, and the first thermal baths were built. The waters have been famous since Roman times for their remarkable healing properties, due to unique geological features of the region: there the Earth’s crust is thinner, fuelling the waters with beneficial minerals as they journey to the surface. The curative culture of the Budapest baths is a skin-transforming combination of the healing waters, and the distinctive rituals built around them.
In the 19th century, an ancestor of the founders, Stephen & Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza, built the Rácz Spa in Budapest, on the site of an ancient Ottoman bath dating from the 1560s. Having experienced the curative power of the baths, Stephen and Margaret decided to create skincare that would replicate this experience, through innovative products powered by the Healing Concentrate™, and consultations, prescriptions and facial treatments performed by their seasoned Hungarian therapists.
JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Advisor (Full-time/shifts variable) Harrods
REPORTING TO: Counter Manager Harrods
- To contribute to the success of the account through the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- To promote and maintain the brand’s image and reputation to the customer.
- Achieve required retail sales targets set by the Company as communicated by the Counter Manager.
- Work outside the counter whenever possible to recruit new customers to the brand.
- Identify customer needs through the use of open ended questions, using demonstrations where appropriate.
- Close the sale effectively and commit customers to a follow-up visit.
- Put all customers onto the registry system and update existing ones on every visit.
- Be accountable for developing and managing your own guest relationships.
- Introduce the Client Profile card, capture the guest’s information, check all data provided and confirm the best way to contact the guest for further services.
- Check that each guest is a member of loyalty programme and update current and previous history, ensuring that client profile card is always updated.
- Ensure that follow up procedures are completed, including adding guests information into personal replenishment diary, contact by telephone or letter, thank you notes etc.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, communicating this to the customer to meet their needs
- Help colleagues and team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required
- Communicate information to the Counter Manager and colleagues.
- Work effectively with store personnel and store management.
- Clean counters, tester stands and displays regularly to maintain Omorovicza high standards.
- Merchandise back fixtures and display counters as directed.
- Complete administration tasks.
- Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter Manager from time to time
Team members will be required to work weekends, late nights and bank holidays
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within a beauty brand or FMCG business within the Beauty industry.
- Ability to manage complex and evolving projects, with the ability to innovate, develop and execute against product initiatives
- Excellent collaboration, prioritisation and stakeholders skills, with the ability to influence
