Job description
Project Manager Construction
We have an opportunity for someone with a good level of experience within construction to join a well-established company as their Project Manager covering the M1 Corridor (South East – East Midlands).
You will be responsible for supervising and managing the delivery of multiple domestic and commercial installation projects, educating, coordinating and supervising sub-contractors to ensure their work is to an agreed quality to time and meets the requirements of MCS, ECO RHI and building regulations.
You will be liaising with sub-contractors, clients, their agents, householders and other members of the company to ensure everyone is aware of project schedules and fully understand the installation process and what impact it may have on property use.
Benefits
Salary – Up to £45,000 per annum
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
Essential Requirements For This Project Manager Construction Position
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on new build, domestic retrofit or commercial projects
- Drivers Licence
- CSCS
- SMSTS
