THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor who is ready to take the next step, or someone who is already working at Senior Sales Advisor level. You will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be passionate about the customer and have a keen interest in fashion.
You will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail.
As part of the senior team, you will assist the Store Manager in the following key areas:
Commerciality
Managing Stock
Providing excellent customer service.
Team direction
Company procedures
The role is 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis and will include evenings and weekends. A degree of flexibility is required.
