WINNER are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our client based Kingstanding.

The successful Senior Administrator will be required to:

• Provide full administrative support.
• Use the full Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium cloud suite and Microsoft Team Sites.
• Produce reports and keep spreadsheets up to date.
• Input data on to computerized system.
• Support various departments as necessary.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries.
• Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.

The ideal Senior Administrator will have:

• Previous experience in administration
• Experience with a CRM
• A methodical approach to work.
• Experience within construction Company would be an advantage.
• Confident personality.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• An ability to work using own initiative.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word/ Excel skills. Must be able to confidently work with spreadsheets.
• An adaptable and enthusiastic nature.
• A flexible attitude towards working practice.
• A willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
• Energetic and pro-active attitude.
• Organized nature.
• Willingness to start at grass roots level and the desire to learn and develop.

The salary for the role is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.

Salary: £25,000.00-£25,739.95 per year
