WINNER are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our client based Kingstanding.
The successful Senior Administrator will be required to:
- Provide full administrative support.
- Use the full Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium cloud suite and Microsoft Team Sites.
- Produce reports and keep spreadsheets up to date.
- Input data on to computerized system.
- Support various departments as necessary.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries.
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
The ideal Senior Administrator will have:
- Previous experience in administration
- Experience with a CRM
- A methodical approach to work.
- Experience within construction Company would be an advantage.
- Confident personality.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- An ability to work using own initiative.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word/ Excel skills. Must be able to confidently work with spreadsheets.
- An adaptable and enthusiastic nature.
- A flexible attitude towards working practice.
- A willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
- Energetic and pro-active attitude.
- Organized nature.
- Willingness to start at grass roots level and the desire to learn and develop.

- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas period.
The salary for the role is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
