Your New Role…
As a Senior Character Rigger at TT Games Studios, a division of WB Games Inc., you will develop high quality character control rigs, code bases, tools and systems and work creatively and technically alongside Animators, Designers, Artists, Programmers and Production on a day-to-day basis.
You will have the opportunity to work within the highly successful and creative Animation department producing high quality rigs and tools. At TT Games our core values are Quality, Collaboration, Creativity, Inclusivity and Fun, which are values that drive our daily work life.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Create efficient, game-ready control rigs for a wide variety of characters, creatures, and vehicles.
Liaise with your line-manager, Animators, and other technical support staff in trouble shooting.
Undertake relevant on the job training where required and keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies.
Identify pipeline issues and raise them with your line-manager.
Develop code bases, tools and systems to reduce repetitive tasks and aid the creation and interaction of control rigs and create relevant documentation.
Review and manually test rigs and tools created by other team members and ensure that they are ready for use.
Represent rigging in several sub-teams assigned by your line-manager.
Mentor other team members, proficiently communicating both technical and creative requirements.
Qualifications & Experience…
A collaborative and enabling attitude.
A proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
A degree or equivalent experience in industries with transferable skills.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya (or alternative industry equivalent).
Advanced knowledge of rigging.
Strong knowledge of Unreal (or alternative industry equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Python.
