We are supporting our client, a well-known retail bank, in their search for a Senior Remuneration Specialist to join their team.
You will be tasked in the development and direction of the Total Reward Strategy and Performance culture across the Bank, through Reward, Recognition, Risk Adjustment and Performance Management interventions that attract, retain engage and motivate colleagues within a defined risk and cost appetite.
You will also ensure the Banks remuneration Policies are compliant with the PRA/FCA regulations and that regulatory governance activity is managed appropriately.
Additionally you will be responsible in the oversight of the delivery of a best in class, robust and cost effective people acquisition strategy.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Total Reward Strategy ensuring coherence with the overall employee proposition and alignment with organisational strategy, plans and budgets. This includes the development and implementation of incentive plans including LTIPs and AIPs
- Providing expert advice to Chief People Officer, Executive Committee, Bank Remuneration Committee, Pension Risk Oversight Committee.
- Coaching the Human Resources function/senior managers on reward/performance issues.
- Managing the risk management framework in relation to your role
- Managing relationships with regulators and other external bodies
- Maintenance of Reward legislation register ensuring adherence and best practice
