Machine Operator ( Grinding Machines )
£30,000 - £35,000 + pension, life assurance, sick pay and company bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join an industry leading, employer of choice in Newport. As Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC or NC finishing machines.
Additional responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine operator maintenance tasks
- Ensuring that components are finished accordingly to the quality standards / process documents
- Inspecting parts before and after processing to ensure preceding operations have been carried out correctly
- Becoming familiar with and be committed to a a right first time approach to all tasks carried out
- Use your previous experience of operating CNC and NC Cylindrical, and Surface grinding machines
- Be able to use measuring equipment and read engineering drawings effectively
