Our first restaurant opened in Borough Market in 2016, the historic food market on London Bridge. We hand-roll over 700 portions of pasta daily, serving fresh pasta dishes with traditionally made sauces using only the best seasonal British and European ingredients we can get our hands on. Bar Restaurant Manager at Padella
We are on the lookout for our next Bar Restaurant Manager to complete our ninja management team at Padella Borough Market.

Our Perfect Bar Restaurant Manager at Padella:
· Our ideal Padella Bar Restaurant Manager will need to have at least one year’s experience working in a similar role.
· Someone who can oversee and lead the bar but work alongside the management team on the floor, running really successful services.

Your Responsibilities as a Bar Restaurant Manager at Padella:
- Team management: responsible for staff weekly planning. Ensure that all staff are punctual and the company standards are adhered to at all times. Ensure that briefings and handovers are carried out for each shift. Communicate and delegate duties to the team, guide, coach and support staff during service. Support the recruitment of new team members and assure a complete induction and training.
- Menu Change: Liaising with the Managing Director with the cocktail list creation and wine list. Rolling out and training all new team joining Padella Borough Market.
- Financial Management: Control cost of sale and all Wet ordering. In charge of the weekly Wet Stocktake, reporting directly to the General Manager and accounting for any discrepancies.
- Guest Service: monitor online and internal feedback, reporting issues and solutions directly to the Managing Director.
- Health & Safety: be aware of any legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health and safety and fire procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to, communicating to the team their responsibilities within H&S, ensure a safe workplace, identify maintenance activity required in order to uphold the required standard.
