Senior Residential Support Worker
We have full-time opportunities for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our teams in our children’s homes in Cowbridge. We aim to provide a homely environment where children feel safe, supported and nurtured so if you have a passion for working with children who have not had the easiest start in life, and are motivated and passionate enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch with us.
What we are looking for:
· QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
· Previous care experience (min 1 year experience).
· A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
· Compassion and empathy.
· Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
· A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation and resilience.
· Good communication skills.
· 22 years of age or older (considered essential to ensure there is an appropriate age gap between the children we support and the staff looking after them).
· Full UK manual driving license (essential).
