As the Reporting and PMO Manager, you will lead the team responsible for the reporting and analytics function on behalf of the recruitment team. You will be accountable for delivering all reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely creation of reports for BA's Management Committee, the People Leadership Team and other key partners across the business.
It will be your responsibility to deliver and embed a continuous improvement culture throughout the recruitment team, encouraging innovation and driving positive change and you will play a crucial role in the flawless delivery of projects and change initiatives.
Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to collectively validate the recruitment pipelines. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will ensure that insights are generated from a range of data sources to drive performance improvement and uncover efficiencies in ways of working. This will involve utilising key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for optimisation.
In addition, you will own the relationship with our TD&I (Technology, Data, and Innovation) team, collaborating to automate recruitment reporting outputs and processes. Furthermore, you will lead the Systems Product Owners, ensuring the maintenance of recruitment systems such as our ATS and Referencing platforms
Clear and effective communication will be crucial in your role, as you will articulate key insights and successfully challenge and influence both internal and external collaborators.
Join our team as the Reporting and PMO Manager and play a pivotal role in driving reporting and analytics, delivering accurate insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and influencing positive change within the Recruitment team and the broader organisation.
About you:
- You are skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Tableau, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Bringing your strong analytical skills and experience in handling complex data sets and trend analysis you can provide practical insights to drive business performance.
- Proven capability to prioritize work, thrive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experienced in challenging and influencing senior managers and decision makers, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- With experience in Project Management, from initiation to completion, you consistently deliver results.
