Your opportunity

KCP is looking for a senior relationship manager to join its local team in London. In this role, you will work at a multi-disciplinary team under the Executive Director, to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both local and international clients, providing a high level of customer service and matching their needs with our products. In doing so, you will successfully take on a lot of responsibility by using a proactive and critical approach to all tasks, winning business and being an ambassador for KCP.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by exploring potential new clients (HNIs/UHNIs/Institutions) and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Understand client’s needs and liaise with teams and third-party service providers to ensure the agreed arrangement and service requirements of the client are articulated
  • Coordinating the onboarding of clients and client change activities, ensuring effective compliance with all regulatory obligations and internal governance.
  • Provide post-sales client relationship management through high-quality client service with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Owning client and consultant queries, delegating as appropriate to internal teams, monitoring progress to resolution and ensuring timely responses

The main criteria are being self-motivated and able to work independently and being proactive.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in client relationship management
  • Professional Qualifications an advantage

Must have skills

  • Strong client service skills, including responsiveness, issue resolution, root cause analysis and process improvement, with a passion for delivering service excellence
  • Well-developed and evidenced project management skills – organized and disciplined.
  • High level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Client-focused with strong relationship skills.
  • Excellent influencing and powerful communication skills.
  • Understands the compliance requirements

This is a permanent contract as a Senior Relationship Manager and is the opportunity to join a supportive and hardworking team. The contract comes with a competitive and attractive bonus package depending upon experience, revenue generation capability and the type of clientele which are to be discussed at the time of the interview.

Salary: From £75,000.00 per year
