Responsibilities
Prepare and write job adverts, for all roles.
Managing the recruitment process, from start to finish.
Posting job adverts in the most appropriate platform.
Completing telephone screening with suitable candidates.
Advise and lead recruitment solutions and retention.
Assisting managers with the shortlisting and interview process as required
Arrange interviews and follow up with interview information.
Complete onboarding process from interview to induction.
Reviewing and improving the recruitment processes and policies.
Liaise with all Directors and managers on their new starters.
