Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology IT)
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a role that offers fantastic earning potential, a large scope of exciting roles to work, and clear progression paths including the opportunity to be a partner.
Piqax Technology LTD is looking to hire a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant, to join our Tech team who solely focus’s on hiring exceptional technologists for market leaders within Back end technologies.
We are looking for someone to build a new desk for another technology stack. We have an average placement fee of £11,000, this is therefore a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual who is seeking a role with life changing earning potential alongside exceptional incentives. With the end result being offered a partnership share in the business.
What you'll receive:
- Quarterly incentives - currently our consultants can achieve holiday vouchers valued up to £12k
- 45% commission earnings on what you bill.
- 25% split on positions you fill from the other founder.
- 15% over-ride from the team you hire.

What we are looking for:
- You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue through placements
- You are skilled in dealing with all stages of the candidate recruitment lifecycle
- You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
- You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
- You are a confident self-assured communicator with experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
