Senior Recruitment Consultant Vox Network Consultants Salary based on experience - London (Near Monument) We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and fast expanding recruitment team in London. This role can present progression for an ambitious individual looking to take their next step or build their recruitment career further. You will be based at home and in the office as required and will find the right balance for you to be successful. Key responsibilities include - As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will build and grow a client portfolio using information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively What are we looking for: You have been working within a 360 Recruitment role with proof of continuous service 3-5 years' experience as a Consultant Demonstrated examples of accomplishment within your career Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team Experience recruiting into Local Authorities or Housing Associations. Be confident to establish and grow your own client base within recruitment You will be highly motivated and driven by success, confident working within a target driven environment and passionate about your career and its progression Why join us?
