The Role
Senior Recruitment Consultant (Sales & Servicing Based Role)
- Salary; £25k-£30k per annum (Salary is negotiable dependent on experience & proof of billings)
- Excellent commission scheme based on delivering gross margin profit. Realistic earnings of £30,000+ per annum.
- Development of a 'Warm desk'
- Additional payment for out of hours on-call service (No Weekends!!)
- 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- 28 Days Holiday Plus All Bank Holidays
- NVQ / Diploma Level Training

Job Description
- Responsible for identifying and securing a new customer base whilst maintaining long term relationships with the established base.
- Ensure all shift bookings and staff transfers for the office are scheduled, filled and billed for.
- 360 Recruitment Role; Proactively lead recruitment for the office ensuring staff targets are set, managed and delivered addressing underperformance as required.
- Act as the escalation point for all customer complaints and issues ensuring customers receive the highest levels of customer service and the company's brand is maintained at all times.
- Overseeing the team if the branch manager is out of office, leading morning meetings / evening debriefs, overseeing day plans, ensuring productivity and standards are kept up.
- Attending client meetings and acting as the face of the business.
- Working towards reaching the company's financial targets.
- Assisting HR & Admin with Ad-hoc basic tasks.
- Ongoing supervision of candidate database.
- Any other reasonable activities required in the delivery of the role.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ year experience working in a recruitment environment. (Ideally Healthcare but will accept others)
- Full Driving License
- Exceptional Phone manner
- Business to Business marketing calls experience advantagous
- An individual who is looking to progress within there role to Senior level & beyond
- Efficient & Organised
