The Role:

Vita Health Group and Everyturn Mental Health are delighted to be launching a new clinical partnership, bringing together over 40 years of mental health experience, to support individuals and communities across Nottinghamshire. We are looking for pioneering, skilled clinicians to join us on this exciting journey and play a central role in shaping the delivery of NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression across the region.

Making People Better

As a Senior PWP, you will offer rapid screening and assessment, informed by your knowledge of the wide spectrum of mental health needs and risk factors. You will play a central role in risk management and onward referrals, developing and drawing on local knowledge of the CRT practice area.

You will provide invaluable support to the PWP Team Lead in managing direct service delivery, coordinating psychoeducational materials, assisting with clinical audits and managing waiting lists to support the needs of the service.

As a Senior, you will role model exceptional clinical competency through your own practice and provide line management, training, case management and clinical supervision to trainee and qualified PWPs. You will promote a culture of creativity, innovation and change within the team, encouraging each individual to bring their unique contribution to service development and delivery.

Skills and Experience:

Getting to Know You

Each Senior PWP brings their own unique skills, background, and experiences to their practice. Alongside this, you must have:

Essential:

  • Qualification from Low Intensity IAPT Course (PG Cert)
  • IAPT Supervision Training (Step 2 Low Intensity)
  • 2 years minimum post-qualifying experience
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • Experience of facilitating groups
  • Use of IAPTUS Patient record system
  • Use of Silvercloud CBT system
