Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Manage property maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
· Organise gas and electrical certificate renewals with relevant contractors
· Handle rent arrears and process payments
· Attend and complete all property inspections
· Enter invoice details into the database for maintenance works
· Produce invoices for payment with landlords and email to relevant persons
· Lodge deposits on the Deposit Protection Scheme
· Book check-outs and deal with end-of-tenancy disputes
· Organise tenancy renewals and negotiate rent increases
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in property management
· ARLA qualification preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational skills
· Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Valid driver's license and own car
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with every other Saturday required. The salary for this position is between £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
