You'll take the UK's first all-in-one residential property investment platform onto the market as we scale. You will guide customers through everything they need to seamlessly buy, structure and manage their property investments.
Buying property today is complicated, expensive and time consuming. We have created an offering that will provide aspiring and current landlords with access to high-quality, trustworthy property services. This is an opportunity to have impact scaling this offering in a Tech scaleup environment.
What you will do:
- Drive monthly sales (UK market focus)
- Engage with warm marketing or referral leads, ensuring a smooth client consultation through to sale and onboarding
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help us scale
- Liaise cross functionally with teams across GetGround to deeply understand our proposition
- Use data, metrics and KPIs to identify how to continuously iterate your performance
- Coach less experienced sales colleagues
- Build collaborative relationships with your colleagues and live the GetGround values every day
- A track record of UK residential property/real estate sales (Buy-to-Let). Ideally you have sold new-build properties and taken customers through the sales process.
- You've taken new and exciting offerings to market and achieving revenue targets
