About Power Integrations
Power Integrations, Inc., is a Silicon Valley-based supplier of high-performance electronic components used in high-voltage power-conversion systems. Our integrated circuits and diodes enable compact, energy-efficient AC-DC power supplies for a vast range of electronic products including mobile devices, TVs, PCs, appliances, smart utility meters and LED lights. Our SCALE™ IGBT drivers enhance the efficiency, reliability and cost of high-power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar and wind energy systems, electric vehicles and high-voltage DC transmission.
Position Summary
assigned development projects in order to achieve the technical, commercial and quality
targets in line with the Power Integrations development policies and methodologies.
More specifically, you will
- Steer the initiation and execution of the project and lead the project team.
- Align and coordinate the activities of the internal and external suppliers in order to ensure that they deliver the required products/services according to the specifications.
- Define the resources needed to execute your project
Your profile
- An engineering master degree in an electronic field.
- You have at least 8 years’ experience in managing complex projects involving semiconductor electronics.
- Experience in automotive and/or power electronics is considered a plus.
- Leadership & result oriented.
- Effective internal and external communication skills, at various organizational levels.
- You have a strong risk mindset and ability to balance potential risks versus time and money.
- You are willing to travel.
- You are fluent in Business English; every additional European language is considered a plus.
