As our Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development and launch of innovative beauty products. You will plan, execute, and supervise projects to meet management’s strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery within quality, budget, and schedule. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure seamless coordination and successful project implementation. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets, optimise resource allocation, and manage dependencies across projects for efficient execution. Responsibilities: – Lead end-to-end new product development projects, from concept creation to market introduction, demonstrating your expertise in project management. – Effectively manage change within projects, anticipate and address potential roadblocks, and implement strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring project momentum. – Support management’s strategic objectives by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements: – Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in launching new product development projects within the consumer goods industry, preferably in an international setting. – Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction. Familiarity with tollgate processes is necessary. – Hold a project qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM, showcasing your commitment to professional development. – Highly proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software. – Have a proven track record of launching products in CE and/or medical territories. – Exhibit a high level of tenacity, conflict management skills, and a proactive, pragmatic, and flexible approach. – Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent education.
