Take responsibility for the delivery and tracking of technology change projects and programmes across our trading and operational businesses in EMEA.
Play an integral role in driving the delivery of technology programme, dealing with and co-coordinating resolution on a diverse range of initiatives that span across all our trading businesses. You may be leading various smaller projects that have an impact business-wide, taking responsibility for coordination and implementation in a highly regulated environment.
As a key member of the technology team, you will be structuring and managing the delivery of projects, providing communication to stakeholders and analyzing budgets / finances. You will drive the delivery of projects and actively triage blockers and issues across multiple time zones. A desire to continuously adapt, learn and solve problems is fundamental. You may also be responsible for the tracking and reporting of technology projects being delivered by other teams to the business.
Your role will encompass end-to-end delivery and involve working with both onshore and offshore teams and global stakeholders, but with regional lead focus. You will also be responsible for the full life-cycle of project activities in line with our architecture, security, risk, audit and compliance frameworks.
Bringing a structured and delivery focused approach you will have experience of managing global technology projects, strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to deliver in a matrix management environment. The successful applicant with have an analytical and commercial mindset, a strong understanding of technology, and be hands-on with a desire to get into the details.
Active involvement in prioritisation, problem solving and delivery is a key part of the role and experience as a business analyst or product owner would be a distinct advantage. Experience working in a Front Office Trading environment is highly desirable with a comprehensive understanding of the front to back and any knowledge of business and technology operational processes a distinct advantage. Working mainly in transaction reporting, experience in the domain would be beneficial although not essential.
