Job Description
The duties of the successful customer service advisor (remote based) will be to:
Respond to customer needs in a consistently efficient, accurate and timely manner.- Provide support and comprehensive product information to customers.
Manage calls, written correspondence and adhere to business processes and policies.- Assist in purchases.
Consistently meet departmental productivity KPIs.
Handle all enquiries such as delivery, stock, returns and exchanges.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful Customer service advisor (remote based) you will have:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional work ethic
- Previous service experience in a contact centre environment
- Experience handling inbound or outbound calls
What's on Offer
You'll be offered a equivalent London salary of £25,000
- Full-time with some flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays
