We're in search of adept, client-facing Project Managers to add their expertise to these ventures.

Working Pattern: Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite

• Lead the operational and strategic management of assigned tasks and projects within your team.
• Ensure clear understanding of cost, time, and quality requirements by delivery teams.
• Drive coordination in delivering agreed scope of work.
• Be the project's face to the client, attuned to their needs and aspirations.
• Recognize the project's wider strategic significance.
• Contribute to requirements capture, pricing models, and proposal documents.
• Provide mentorship and leadership when required.

• Navigate complexity within defence engineering environments.
• Excel as a communicator, adept at managing intricate stakeholder relationships.
• Apply project management techniques effectively in a technical setting.
• Lead and manage project teams, offering direction and motivation.
• Thrive in diverse project demands and tight deadlines.
