THE ROLE In the highly regarded Knowledge function which plays a critical role in ensuring that every client benefits from the collective knowledge and experience of the whole organisation. The role involves supporting the EMEA EINR and Projects business groups; the projects practice is one of the largest in the world. The team acts on some of the most innovative, complex and challenging projects in the world and represents lenders, sponsors, developers, institutional investors, ors, operators and government entities in major domestic and cross-border projects and project financings. THE CANDIDATE A Senior Knowledge Lawyer to support the EINR and Projects groups. The focus of the role will be project finance, project s, power, renewables and decarbonisation of heat, industry and transport. You will have Significant legal experience in project finance and project finance and project negotiation.
