What You Will Be Doing: Site Based with a Hybrid Working Pattern. Join our community. In this integral role within the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE), you’ll be responsible for the strategic development of bank’s target architecture for Customer Due Diligence. You’ll direct and manage project teams and business stakeholders to capture business needs, translate these into specific requirements, and oversee the design and build of the solution. You’ll act as the key interface between the business sponsors, stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams. The difference you’ll make: Designing the Banks future risk-based due diligence strategies that stand up to both Policy and Regulatory scrutiny; Leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the collating and documenting of business requirements for CDD; Planning and delivering high quality business requirements to build the on-going Due Diligence solutions in the organisation; Selecting the relevant delivery methodology for initiatives and projects; Working extensively with external data service providers, together with the internal Data Centre of Excellence to deliver the relevant solutions. What you’ll bring: We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the Bank’s capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt Financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers. Previous experience of developing a Customer Due Diligence capability in a financial services environment, including building out large-scale technology solutions. Demonstrable experience of managing cross-functional, multiple location project/programme teams in a matrix environment. It would also be nice for you to have: Proactive, process-driven personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Subject matter expertise in CDD, ideally from an Operational background. Excellent knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development and impact assessment. Industry recognised Financial Crime qualification (e.g. CAMS, ICA). What else you need to know: This is a role which can be based in our offices in Milton Keynes, Bradford, Glasgow or Sheffield. If successful, you will receive a site-based with a hybrid working pattern. You will be expected to attend the office 40% of the time. We can support flexible working depending on your requirements.
