Customer Success Manager
Permanent
Full time: 35 hours per week
Salary: £29,000- £35,500 DOE + benefits package
Home based in England, Scotland or Wales with occasional travel
About the role
The role of Customer Success Manager will provide proactive engagement with our EAL centres to nurture growth through data-driven marketing and sales campaigns. The role will play a critical position across the Commercial Strategy and Service Delivery divisions to generate and support with new client acquisition along with identifying cross and up-sell opportunities within the existing client base whilst maintaining the highest levels of service, quality and regulatory compliance adherence.
What you’ll be doing
You will be the sales team lead for onboarding new clients and providing an exceptional experience. You will provide account management support to existing centres to provide proactive engagement to build brand loyalty and with the potential to recognise up selling opportunities.
You will lead on proactive outbound sales campaigns to encourage potential new clients to work with EAL products. You will utilise the data available to you from our internal CRM system to provide insight to support informed sales decisions and activities across the wider Commercial Strategy team.
You will continue developing and maintain your knowledge of the group brand and its products and services that are available to allow you to support our current client base and communicate this to our external stakeholders.
You will be ensuring that all activities that you carried are out in line with the agreed legal and regulatory compliance and that full compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining a full audit trail of customer engagement activities to continually strive to improve best practice.
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial understanding and acuity, with the ability to identify and deliver profitability and identify and seize opportunities for business benefit
- Experience of working in a business sales environment with proven evidence of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly around the conflict of sales, project needs and functional operational priorities
- Excellent employer and stakeholder relationship skills
- Able to rapidly build and establish trusted networks to unblock challenges and, where necessary, resistance with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project. Accepting and adaptable to the use of other digital/ software tools.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and deal with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Other skills which would be desirable however not needed to apply for the role
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of the advanced manufacturing and engineering sector and associated industries including Building Services
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of End Point Assessment
