Our main goal is bringing social workers back into the spotlight and highlighting the outstanding work they do on a day-to-day basis, promoting workers welfare and having honest conversations around the daily issues and concerns they face..
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a range of acute health problems.
- Provide long-term and continuing care to patients with chronic illnesses.
- Compile and interpret medical records.
- Ensure patients' privacy and confidentiality is protected.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and other patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week
