Office Administrator
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator position is vital to the success of our company. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks that support the daily operations of the office. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate office activities and activities of all employees to ensure that office operations run smoothly.
- Support with HR functions including onboarding, employee benefits, and other compliance issues.
- Assist with office needs and requests from management.
- Perform general maintenance on office equipment and facilities.
- Maintain and update records of all company activities.
- Manage and organise incoming mail, packages, and shipments.
- Manage and organise company documents such as contracts, insurance policies, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:.
·Ability to perform basic math calculations.
·Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Work Location: In person
