Navan is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support its employees across EMEA with the focus on London, Dublin, France in partnership with the greater EMEA People team. In this role, you'll work closely with many HR experts all over Europe and the US.
As a Senior People Success Business Partner, you'll join forces with our People Team, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Total Reward departments to ensure exceptional support for our global workforce in this fast-paced, rapidly expanding company.
You will provide tactical and strategic expert guidance and data-driven insights to help people leaders achieve growth objectives and drive a high performance, engaged culture.
By building strong connections and effective relationships throughout the company, you'll drive the implementation of new initiatives, resolve blockers to success and promote enhancements on both a local and international scale.
What You'll Do:
- As a key player in global people initiatives and projects, you'll play a vital role in the planning, alignment, communication, implementation, progress measurement, and continual improvement of our business areas. With a focus on both business objectives and company values, you'll help drive positive change and make a real impact in close partnership with our EMEA People team to ensure active People support to the organization and
- Provide coaching on matters including leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, career development.
- Support managers in work environment topics, as well as activities, aimed to improve the workplace.
- Reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management and understand when to escalate issues
- Support the People Development team with your regional expertise and innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For:
- You have extensive experience as a People Business Partner / HR on a senior level, working in a fast-paced and changing environment,
- You are a strategic HR thinker, have business acumen and you are able to demonstrate a people's agenda that'll drive positive change.
- You are bringing Strong knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures, including in-depth understanding of UK labor and employment law
- Experience working with French labor law (a plus)
- You are an effective communicator who is able to understand and adapt your style based on who they are communicating with.
- You have a curious and open growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly depending on the circumstances.
- Experience of working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in a commercial environment.
