- 8+ years of technical business development or partner development experience in the high-tech, eCommerce, retail and/or developer ecosystem dependent services.
- Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships (agencies, system integrators and/or B2B Partnerships).

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic Snr Partnership Manager to build and scale our UK Partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. As a Snr Partnership Manager, spotting mutual growth opportunities is in your DNA. You will own some of our largest external partner relationships up to C-level. You will define the evolution journey for these partnerships. You will balance day-to-day relationship management with implementing scalable one-to-many mechanisms across our Partners. You will scope, unlock and activate new partnerships that redefine the shipping experience for our customers. The types of partnerships you will cover are not limited to, order management, carrier management, API tracking, Customer Returns, ERPs and platform integrations. As a Snr Partnership Manager, you will be required to influence internally and externally, at all levels of the business. You’ll need to work closely with product and tech teams to inform where third party partnerships can complement our existing business offering. Key job responsibilities • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing Amazon Shipping Partners up to C-level. • Prioritize execution across partners with Amazon teams as well as supporting scalable strategies for one-to-many communication with these partners. • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Integration partners acting as a technical liaison between partners, product tech, sales, and support. • Prepare and deliver partnership priorities outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management. • Own and write PR FAQs to activate new partnership opportunities. • Work with Program and Product/Engineering teams to drive innovation of products and features. • Influence technical and non-technical audiences. You are the ideal candidate if: • You have experience managing Partnerships (Tech) within a B2B context. • You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner – particularly in written form. • You are a self-starter and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and, often highly ambiguous environment. • You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, to deliver results.
- Experience within OMS/WMS or worked with Carrier Management Integrators, ERPs, Shipping Platforms.
- Worked in a start-up/high growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
