Tempo 301, a Boutique Reformer Pilates, H.I.I.T and Massage studio based in London, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our studio locations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and fostering maximum productivity within the business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring seamless operations across all aspects of the business. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT TEMPO 301

Our Operations Manager is the connecting bridge between the Heart of Company and the rest of the team by:
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives, with a focus on enhancing efficiency
Manage and monitor studio budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to ensure cost-effective operations
Champion a student-centric approach, by monitoring student feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing measures to enhance overall student satisfaction.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, trainer performance, and class attendance
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fitness services and data protection
Cover studio managers' roles at various studio locations during their annual leave to ensure uninterrupted operations and student satisfaction
Support the training and development of staff and trainers to enhance their skills and ensure they deliver exceptional service to our students
Identify potential operational risks and implement risk mitigation measures to safeguard the company's reputation and operations
Expertly utilising IT tools such as Mindbody and Google docs, manage all facets of our Boutique Fitness Operations ranging from trainer schedules to student correspondence
Managing HR tools, processes and procedures ranging from rotas to new starter onboarding and payroll to contribute towards an outstanding employee experience
Ensuring the TEMPO 301 environment is flawless by being the point of contact and driver of resolutions of any maintenance issues in collaboration with our Studio Management Team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
A proven track record of at least 15 years or more in delivering operational excellence
A proven track record of staff development and training programmes
A proven record of KPI
Meticulous attention to detail while keeping sight of the big-picture
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and fostering a positive work culture
Solid understanding of financial management
Excellent listening and communication ability that brings the best out of, and protects those around you, setting them up for success
Consistent drive to support and develop team members in maximising their employability, and value to the Company
Highly developed leadership and people management that enables you to achieve through an expert and diverse team
Familiarity with fitness industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies

WHERE WILL YOU BE BASED

This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, with weekly visits to our various studio locations in London SE17 | Elephant and Castle, E8 | Hackney and E1 | Shoreditch
During studio managers' annual leave, approximately 10 weeks of the year, you will be based at the studios to cover their responsibilities during their working hours
