An exciting opportunity has arisen to undertake the role of Senior Operations Manager for our 111 Integrated Care.
Location: Gillingham
Contract : 12 Month Secondment (Fixed Term for external Candidates)
Salary: Band 8b - £58,972 to £68,525 per annum NHS Agenda for Change
Hours:Full time 37.5 hours per week
The Post Holder would be responsible and accountable for the NHS 111 Contact Centre in Gillingham. Ensuring operational effectiveness and consistently delivering a quality 111 service through senior leadership. Achieving full national and local quality standards and contractual KPI's. Deliver accurate call forecasts and profiles for the service while promoting high standards of operational excellence and quality throughout the NHS 111 service through knowledge and experience of good practice and strong leadership, impacting and influencing skills. The Post Holder will Support the NHS 111 service to deliver high quality patient care in a safe environment which promotes an open culture and a learning environment , ensuring that there is a robust operating platform with effective adherence to policies and procedures including Health & Safety. The Post Holder will Mange the budgets and control costs as per the annual business plan also developing the strategy for improving operational integration between 111 and 999 EOC's. The Post Holder will Insure that NHS 111 remains fully compliant with the CQC requirements and the Trust's policies and procedures.
