Maison Parfaite is a family run business of exquisite holiday homes throughout Yorkshire.
We lovingly restore and renovate properties and bring them back to life in the form of SA & Aparthotels.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our progressive business.
The role:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Serviced Accomodation property portfolio and all future developments.
A hands on role , working within a team, to provide mentoring, training and support to ensure guest requirements, cost, business disciplines, safety & quality objectives are met or exceeded.
Ensuring best value is achieved through robust supplier management and proactively infleuncing Management expectations
Working with various booking systems - booking, in house etc
Coordinating with Housekeeping & Maintenance to ensure the property is maintained and clean to high standards
Key Skills required:
- 2+ years experience in a similar Operations role.
- A good undertsanding of hard services Facilities Management
- Knowledge of site security and physical security
- Experience of managing multi-site locations and willingness to travel where required
- Knowledge of construction techniques and building specifications
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness
- Equally comfortable thinking strategically as you are rolling your sleeves up to deliver on last-minute needs and hit targets.
- Naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision
- High attention to detail.
- Curiosity and desire to develop knowledge, skills and grow our business.
- Technically proficient and able to compile reports and analyse data.
- Be able to ‘read data’
- Be able to thrive with deadlines and work under pressure to a high standard.
- Plan effectively and execute contingency or ‘Plan B’s’ when required.
