This is an office based role of an administrator (9.30 to 2.30) Monday to Friday. You will be expected to do 25 hours per week. Times can be flexible.
Job Description:
- To ensure that telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner making sure that all appropriate actions are taken.
- All correspondences ie in-direct or direct communication is recorded appropriately on our database.
- General Administration
- Helping to maintain our in-house database and to ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Input data onto the electronic monitoring system.
- Ad-hoc Admin duties - more to be discussed at the interview.
- Making up Clients and Staff Files.
- Full training will be given in our systems
- Support the manager with Recruitment and Compliance.
Our kind of person: Has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. Knowledge of the caring industry is a plus but not a necessity.
You will need to be:
- A self-motivated, organized, and experienced Administration Assistant who can assist the Registered Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient administration operations within the agency. Working alongside the CQC regulations and the company's policies.
- Have excellent English skills both spoken and written
- A good knowledge of MS Office.
- Able to efficiently prioritize their workload
- Able to promote a relaxed and caring environment with a kind and patient approach, maintaining excellent relationships with service users, relatives, and all levels of staff.

Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year (pro Rota)
