A proactive and professional office administrator and co-ordinator is required to join an rapidly growing team in East London.
We are experience a fast growth, and have ambitious plans to grow our business.
We are scaling up our operations and are looking for two office administrators who are able to work on their own initiative and potentially assist with management of the business.
Ideal candidate would have experience within the construction or property management industry.
Daily Tasks;
- Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings
- Update worksheets with changes and status’s of each customer job
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service at all times
- Liaise with engineers to book follow on jobs for customers
- Create further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered
- Drafting quotations, ordering specific parts and working alongside the planning department to book jobs.
- All other reasonable duties as and when required, such take taking payments and basic marketing.
Essential Requirements;
- Excellent communication
- Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound call centre, control room, contact centre
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative in a busy environment
- Ambition to gain authority and responsibility within the growing business
Salary: Between £22k and £24k depending on experiencing plus bonus'
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
