Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and reporting on attribution, managing the marketing technology stack, executing campaigns, maintaining a lead score, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to manage complex campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Oversee the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
Create and manage campaign processes and workflows, from ideation to execution
Maintain a lead scoring model to ensure Marketing and Sales are aligned on lead quality
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure Marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs
Analyse and report on campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to marketing technology and operations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology company
Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing attribution and campaign performance
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
Experience managing vendors and contracts related to marketing technology and operations
We find in-person collaboration beneficial and ask that our CREW within a reasonable distance head into one of our offices 3+ times per week.
