THE JOB
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to head up an exciting new area of our business as we look to expand into the growing immersive events experience space.
Working with clients such as BBC Earth, Frameless, Phantom Peak and Battersea Ice Rink the successful candidate will be responsible for driving engagement and sales via our B2C marketing channels, whilst also managing the marketing needs of our clients. Brand Marketing will also be key element of the role as we look to establish ourselves within the market and drive customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage an exciting roster of client relationships across the attractions and special events space including BBC Earth, Frameless, Phantom Peak, Battersea Ice Rink, films and exhibitions.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to deliver the marketing strategy and drive engagement around attractions and events space.
- Work closely with other teams across the business including the Client Development team on pitching for new business and tenders.
- Working with our Performance Marketing team to deliver paid marketing support, driving acquisition.
- Lead and set clear goals and expectations of a team of Senior Marketing Managers, Marketing Managers
- Devise and execute campaign plan to market and expand the reach of our Days Out brand.
- Lead on all insights and reporting across the attractions and events genre
- Lead team on weekly marketing activities across marketing channels, ensuring business priorities are met.
- Represent the company, as required at pitches, meetings and events across genres in the UK.
- Monitor activities of competitors and provide feedback
- To undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of this role as directed by the Head of Marketing and VP Marketing.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Experience in the Events industries such as exhibitions, experiential, and museums in particular would be advantageous.
- Understanding of the entertainment industry
- Client Management experience
- Digital marketing experience including campaign management
- Knowledge around paid marketing channels

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines
- Analytical skills to measure, evaluate and report against goals
- Proven problem-solving capability to develop opportunities
- Strong organisational skills
