The Role
The Marketing Manager is a role that underpins Selteq’s growth and assumes responsibility for creating the business’ marketing campaigns and developing our brand's marketing presence.
You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and initiatives, creating marketing briefs for all key strategies and coordinating delivery. You will also manage our external teams such as our content and graphic team working outside the UK and PR agencies to ensure all marketing campaigns are in alignment with business objectives.
The Marketing Manager role works to define, build and scale our marketing campaigns, in a bold, fast-moving organisation to enable our company success. Responsibilities include:
Some key area’s you’ll be working on:
- Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans
- Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing campaigns
- Defining and managing our marketing budget, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on ROI against KPI’s
- Managing Performance Marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Social)
- Event and Conference planning and support
- Building out and owning Marketing Automation platform to build audiences and generate leads for our Product and Services Offerings
- Working closely with Sales to understand the required Sales and Marketing collateral and materials, including an understanding of complex account based selling processes
- Working closely with Product and Services team to build out marketing collateral and materials, understanding our Unique Selling Points across all products and services
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation
- Managing the corporate brand identity in consultation with Senior Managers and Executives
- Managing Creative Agency and PR Agency, including but not limited to: the creation and execution of the creative strategy, creative briefs for marketing campaigns, input to and execution of agreed PR strategy and execution of social media planning and execution (p
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments (Sales, Design, Product & Professional Services) to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies
- Identifying ways to grow the Marketing Department and secure resources
- Conducting regular strategic analysis that will help guide marketing messages
- Working to continuously ensure the marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation, including strategies, progress, results, learning, and relevant industry trends.
Important to have:
- Experience of working in a Marketing Agency
- Demonstrated progressive experience managing, leading and delivering marketing campaigns in a collaborative environment
- Proven experience building and leading a team in a fast-paced, growing company with accountability for financial performance based on return on investment versus KPI’s
- Hands on operational experience in delivering, implementation and reporting on a global level
- Working closely with a Sales team to ensure marketing messages are both relevant and aligned with industry challenges and core area of focus
