This role requires someone who is highly organised and logical with the ability to think for themselves. Naturally inquisitive, we are looking for someone who can think differently and bring creative ideas to the team to help shape and deliver successful campaigns and programmes.

The Senior Marketing Executive will work within a team across a flexible portfolio of accounts. You will be a key part of the wider team, ensuring projects are managed effectively and bringing your insights through measurements to help continually enhance and refine what we do to achieve success.

  • Work closely with other key NI support functions to help deliver on the regional strategic plan.
  • Work closely with the wider Ireland Markets team, external agencies and in house studios to develop and deliver differentiated, brand focused and client centric solutions.
  • Manage project meetings, including task trackers and actions/minutes.
  • Update marketing tracking documents for reporting purposes.
  • Understand and follow operational and risk management processes.
  • Support with event management including client events and internal events.
  • Manage marketing associated admin tasks including maintaining client lists.
  • Support the Marketing Manager across multiple marketing activations including corporate sponsorships, external partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong communication skills with a strong sense of self awareness
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines and policy
  • Time and project management skills – highly organised with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
  • A strong track record of campaign management, producing quality, consistent messages, through all channels
  • A solid understanding of campaign principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-value activities that deliver return on investment, ensuring alignment with brand and risk management
  • Sound understanding of performance measurement
  • An enthusiastic, can do approach and be a strong team player
  • The ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise effectively
  • Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
  • A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice

  • Experience of working in a marketing team/function in a corporate environment
  • Experience of working with a CRM system
  • Experience in marketing programme management in a corporate environment
