The role sits at the heart of Crafted. You’ll be marketing the agency itself, supporting the growth of the Crafted brand and helping us attract exciting new clients.
You’ll be joining our friendly sales and marketing team, supporting each other to attract prospects that align with our agency values and that we can do great work with. We are an ambitious team, always in pursuit of better marketing that builds our brand.

We deliver industry acclaimed success for the likes of The Natural History Museum, Médecins Sans Frontières and The British Library. We’ve got an exciting year ahead and can’t wait to add another team member’s enthusiasm, ideas, and creativity into the mix.
The role:
Marketing an agency is full of variety. You’ll work across the broad spectrum of marketing channels from offline activity such as events to working with inhouse specialists on digital channels like PPC and paid social. As the voice of the agency, internally and externally, content and communication are a big part of this role. You’ll be showcasing the expertise, great work, and exciting stories from inside the agency to our core audiences.
It offers hands-on experience of marketing a business, alongside working together with 80 digital specialists across the agency.
Key elements include:
- Contributing ideas to and supporting the delivery of our marketing plan
- Proactively involving yourself across the agency to curate client success stories, maintaining a strong portfolio of marketing assets
- Creating impactful award-entries and PR content
- Keeping the website fresh and engaging with the latest, most powerful stories from the agency
- Managing social media, delivering consistent, relevant and creative posts
- Supporting our events schedule
- Working closely with our inhouse design team to deliver creative assets
The right person:
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for marketing. You’ll bring fresh thinking and new ideas to the table, working alongside people across the agency to make them reality.
We’re looking for at least 12-months experience in a marketing related role. Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in planning and writing impactful marketing communications and engaging content.
A marketing degree or equivalent isn’t a requirement, but we want you to show us what inspires and excites you about marketing.
