As a Senior HRBP, you will execute our HR and Talent strategy for your business unit/s and regions. Providing a consistent experience to leaders, managers, and employees, whilst acting as a subject matter expert to deliver proactive HR solutions.

Responsibilities
Human Resources Expertise
Deliver HR Partnership to Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders through workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations and the orchestration of other HR services for your business units/geography
Change management
Mitigate risk for the organisation by applying compliance knowledge, HR policies and procedures across the organization
Improve organisational HR processes and outcomes through implementing aligned HR solutions consistent with Global HR best practices
Consultation and Leadership
Proactively coach managers, directors and business leaders on HR and business-related issues, aligning solutions with the wider HR strategy
Execute programs and policies designed to drive an engaged, inclusive, and high performing culture
Deliver solutions based on retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, alongside the wider COE
Relationship Management
Builds consensus and settles disputes on HR policy and practice decisions
Influences Senior Leadership of assigned business unit or geography to execute HR strategy
Facilitates challenging interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
Business Acumen
HR Business Partnering to Senior Leaders, executing key HR strategies to drive business results; provides guidance on generalist HR matters, partnering with our wider COE and subject-matter experts to develop solutions
Using employment law policy and knowledge to achieve organizational success and influence change
HR Insights
Gather and interpret data using Workday, evaluating, and analysing data trends to present to Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders, whilst recommending solutions to support the culture and HR strategy
Manage interventions and solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
HR Operations
Lead on process improvement initiatives for HR operational activities (e.g. HR inbox management, payroll and commission support processes, statutory leave etc).
What you need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications/work experience required
Regional business facing HR or HR COE experience, ideally in a large, complex, matrix structure
Experience coaching leaders to build high performing teams and driving HR processes throughout the talent lifecycle
M&A experience is preferred
Demonstrable strategic HR experience, delivering organizational-led HR initiatives and projects such as change management, organizational design and complex employee relations issues
