We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing person with excellent customer service skills to join our team at Westbury Library working 21 hours per week.
About the role
As a Senior Library Assistant, you will help provide a high-quality service to our customers and senior support in the library, assisting team members with their work and resolving any issues that arise during a shift.
Work pattern for this role is:
Week 1: Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 12:30pm - 7pm, Friday 9:30am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm.
Week 2: Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 12:30pm – 7pm and Fri 9:30am – 5pm.
About You
You will need to possess A levels, a National Diploma or equivalent skills and have experience of working in public libraries.
You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels, have a strong interest in books and reading, and be confident using IT.
