The role
A frontline role designed to support the community to make the best use of their local library. This is a supervisory position.
There are part- and full-time roles ranging from 17.5 - 35 hrs per week.
The working week includes Saturday and Sunday and late nights to be worked on a rota.
Location
Catford, Downham, Deptford or Lewisham Libraries.
What we’re looking for
Excellence in customer service, with exceptional ability to work with residents of all ages, especially children and young people.
Must be able to work on own initiative and part of a team.
Staff supervision is an essential part of this role.

Salary details
£32,418 - £33,510 (SC6) per annum
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
