Job Purpose
Are you ready to make a lasting impact? As a Senior Lecturer in Learning and Teaching, can you inspire, motivate and equip students for success?
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Lecturer in Learning and Teaching, you will enhance the learning, teaching and assessment provision across the BPP Education Group portfolio.
You will play a key role in promoting innovation in learning, teaching, and assessment, as well as enhancing the apprenticeship learner experience. This involves collaborating with academic leaders and senior managers to develop and contribute to enhancement projects that ensure a high-quality learning experience for all learners, particularly apprentices, across programs ranging from Levels 2 to 7.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to faculty members in relation to program design, approval, and the enhancement of learning, teaching, and assessment within the context of (degree) apprenticeships. This includes developing and implementing initiatives, strategies, and action plans that have a positive impact on learner outcomes and satisfaction.
Choose a better work-life balance
In addition, you’ll have the flexibility of a home-based role, with the option to work from one of our centres should you wish. Either way, you’ll benefit from a vibrant workplace and a culture that believes in looking after others, while being part of a diverse workforce where difference is celebrated. In addition, you’ll work alongside other like-minded professionals who champion progress, while having opportunities to develop in an environment where creativity and innovation is rewarded. On top of a competitive salary, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes retail discounts, Group Personal Pension Plan, dedicated healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family. Brilliantly, you can also study any of BPP’s courses for free – be it a professional qualification or full degree.
