Senior HR Manager reporting into the Chief HR Officer and supporting significant growth of the business. Currently 30 people growing to 50 over the next couple of years.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting and staffing, such as preparing job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks
• Work with external consultants on remuneration benchmarks and implementation, and employee income optimization
• Offer orientation and other aspects of new employee onboarding
• Manage performance review process, generating reports and data to support the process; Follow up with performance issues and disciplinary actions where necessary
• Prepare regular HR internal and external reports, maintain HR data, perform internal HR audit
• Make training plans and assist external service providers with delivering trainings
• Promote a good work environment, developing and implementing new processes to help the organization offer a better workplace
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Minimum experience of 5 years as HR specialist
• Sharped analytical and good organizational skills, flexible and open-minded
• Handle tight deadlines with ease, and able to work autonomously
• Enthusiastic, detail & result-oriented
• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)

Current working set up is 4 days a week in the office (West End) and 1 day from home.
