Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting and staffing, such as preparing job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks
- Work with external consultants on remuneration benchmarks and implementation, and employee income optimization
- Offer orientation and other aspects of new employee onboarding
- Manage performance review process, generating reports and data to support the process; Follow up with performance issues and disciplinary actions where necessary
- Prepare regular HR internal and external reports, maintain HR data, perform internal HR audit
- Make training plans and assist external service providers with delivering trainings
- Promote a good work environment, developing and implementing new processes to help the organization offer a better workplace
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum experience of 5 years as HR specialist
- Sharped analytical and good organizational skills, flexible and open-minded
- Handle tight deadlines with ease, and able to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic, detail & result-oriented
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
Current working set up is 4 days a week in the office (West End) and 1 day from home.
