Barista Coffee Trainer - £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits based in Weybridge with some travel.

This is a great opportunity for a friendly, bright & charismatic coffee trainer to use your exceptional knowledge and passion for coffee to deliver barista training which will enhance the quality and consistency of coffee served across our brand.

Skills/Attributes:

Developing & delivering group barista training programs.
Inspiring and empowering baristas to elevate the quality & consistency of their coffee.
To be a Brand Ambassador, ensuring that our values are upheld by baristas across the network.
Maintaining your own diary, liaising with Account Managers to book barista training sessions.
Ensuring that training paperwork is completed & filed.
Attending corporate events, trade shows, customer tastings etc. to offer your barista skills.
