Barista Coffee Trainer - £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits based in Weybridge with some travel.

This is a great opportunity for a friendly, bright & charismatic coffee trainer to use your exceptional knowledge and passion for coffee to deliver barista training which will enhance the quality and consistency of coffee served across our brand.

Skills/Attributes:

• Developing & delivering group barista training programs.
• Inspiring and empowering baristas to elevate the quality & consistency of their coffee.
• To be a Brand Ambassador, ensuring that our values are upheld by baristas across the network.
• Maintaining your own diary, liaising with Account Managers to book barista training sessions.
• Ensuring that training paperwork is completed & filed.
• Attending corporate events, trade shows, customer tastings etc. to offer your barista skills.
