The Senior HR Business Partner will provide strong relationship management to our global business, whilst also working with other key HR team members to support on numerous HR related transformation activities, with a keen ability to support from the foundations upwards.
Following an extended period of acquisition activity, we are looking to ensure that the foundations for good HR are in place. This role will be vital in designing and leading on these activities to ensure a solid base is in place for future HR excellence to be delivered. Supporting the wider business by also acting as a resource for employment law, Company policies and procedures, employee relations, and compensation and benefits on a global scale.
This position will work to support the change management lifecycle, decision-making with key stakeholders, and implementation of the new plan in partnership with Business Leads and HR business partners. As well as any future M&A activities - experience in this space would be highly desirable.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deep understanding of change management processes and managing the change lifecycle in line with transformation activities, ensuring all activities are fully costed and in budget
- Knowledge, understanding and ability to lead change projects, to include regional regulatory processes (i.e. TUPE for Europe). Ownership of the end to end process including data collection, consultation, meeting all legal obligations and successful close
- Ability to analyse MI data and make recommendations to the business that are supported by tangible evidence
- Support Compensation & Benefits Manager with reviewing synergies across benefit offerings and implementation (where appropriate)
- Design and lead on HR Foundation review and implementation in order to ensure the HR department is set up for future success
- Create or revise policies, procedures and/or colleague resources
- Prepares employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
- Work with the business and partners to ensure delivery of consistent role framework in accordance with transformation activities
- Ensures compliance with local employment law regulations
- Establishes strong and effective working relationships with internal/external customers to promote and support positive employee relations, company culture and employee engagement efforts.
- Provides support for all human resources related activities
- Other activities as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of of HR change management approaches
- Excellent analytical, cost modelling skills
- Global experience beneficial in key markets, particularly EMEA and US markets
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills; stakeholder management
- Experience in managing transformation projects
- Able to deliver an end-to-end Change processes
- Proficient in basic MS Office or Google Suite
- CIPD qualification essential
