We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team, supporting our FMG Repair Services business. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead, manage, and develop a small team of HR Business Partners to deliver a professional and proactive strategic HR service that fully supports the business objectives of FMG RS and those of the wider ReddeNorthgate Group.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering HR people strategy, ensuring the business needs are understood and are delivered through the plans which are aligned with organisational strategic priorities both at a business and group level.
You’ll be part of our wider HR team with customer service embedded at its core and a vision that together we are One HR and while you will primarily support FMG RS, you will also contribute to the strategic development of the Group HR function by leading the delivery on ad-hoc group wide projects.
You’ll be passionate about the impact that a great HR service can make, with a good all-round understanding of what it takes to make a big impact. You’re a self-starter and carry an unshakeable can-do attitude. You’re great at working on multiple projects from brief to completion, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally ‘on it’.
You’re resilient, with high levels of personal accountability and a drive to be exceptional – you’re not interested in average (because we’re not either!). You’re ready to impress our leaders and their teams with your super sharp organisational skills and HR expertise and collaborating with colleagues is second nature.
What’s in it for you?
Salary- up to £65,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) with £6,400 car allowance and annual bonus on top.
Annual leave- 25 days plus bank holidays and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!

About you:
